Colfax Library Card Requirements

• A photo ID is required.
• If your photo ID address is not current, a piece of mail with name and current address is needed.
• children must be 8 to get their own card.
• They can check out books with their parent's card.
• Cards expire after one year but can be easily renewed over the phone or in person.
